Ingredients

  • Noodle (blanched in hot water and washed with cold water) 300g
  • Seafood/ Pork meat/ Beef 100g
  • Chinese Kale (blanch in boiled water for a few minutes, then put in cold water and drain) 50g
  • ”RosDee®” Powder Pork Flavor
  • Minced garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Oil 20g

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the oil in a wok or pan
  • Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
  • Place the meat and stir for 1-2 minutes
  • Add ”RosDee®” Powder Pork Flavor
  • Place the vegetable and then the noodles.
  • Add more ”RosDee®” Powder, mix well, and taste
  • Continue stirring for around 2-3 minutes more
  • Add some water during frying if it is too dry
  • Remove from heat and serve
