- Noodle (blanched in hot water and washed with cold water) 300g
- Seafood/ Pork meat/ Beef 100g
- Chinese Kale (blanch in boiled water for a few minutes, then put in cold water and drain) 50g
- ”RosDee®” Powder Pork Flavor
- Minced garlic 2-3 cloves
- Oil 20g
Stir fry noodle

- Heat the oil in a wok or pan
- Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
- Place the meat and stir for 1-2 minutes
- Add ”RosDee®” Powder Pork Flavor
- Place the vegetable and then the noodles.
- Add more ”RosDee®” Powder, mix well, and taste
- Continue stirring for around 2-3 minutes more
- Add some water during frying if it is too dry
- Remove from heat and serve
