- First, heat the pot up with cooking oil and place lemongrass, garlic, red garlic, orange leaves, fingerroot, galangal and turmeric in.
- Then heat a pan with cooking oil and roast the garlic, pounded spices until it smells nice, then put the catfish and roast until it’s a little crunchy
- The next step is to put the fish and the roasted spices into the pot and put prahok in before placing fish sauce, salt, palm sugar, AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Pork Flavor, and steam for a little while
