Fried chicken with coconut milk

- Roast the turkey berry for a little while, scoop it up and put it aside
- Heat the pan and pour a tablespoon of cooking oil. When it’s hot enough, place the minced garlic in and roast it till it turns brown. Place the pounded spices and chicken meat in and start adding AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor, palm sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce and fry until it is cooked and pour a little bit of water so that the meat is well-cooked
- When dried, pour in some coconut milk and turkey berry and keep it for one or two minutes, and you’re done.
