Khmer Noodle with Prahok Sauce
AJI-NO-MOTO®

- First, heat the pan with some cooking oil to roast the fresh and dried chili, garlic, shallot until it smells nice, and pound it together with the smoked fish
- Boil some water to mix with prahok
- Then, take the pounded ingredients from above and mix it with palm sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Pork Flavor, and pour the prahok sauce in and stir it together.
- Finally, prepare vegetable such as sliced cabbage and wild morning glory and boil it with some hot water. Prepare the herbs on a plate along with the prahok sauce and Khmer noodles, and you’re set.
