Stir fry Chicken with fermented bamboo shoots
AJI-NO-MOTO®

- First, slice the chicken meat into tiny pieces, then mince the garlic and chop the chili into small pieces
- Then heat the pan, pour some cooking oil in, and start stir-frying the garlic and chili. After that, place the chicken meat in and cook for a moment before putting fermented bamboo shoots and fish sauce in, then mix it.
- Finally, mix some spices such as AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor, sugar, and pour some water in, then mix and stir-fry it together.
- Once it’s cooked, put some sweet basil in and you’re set
