Cooking Steps

  • First, slice lemongrass and galangal into thin slices, then hit the red garlic, chili, and minced garlic. Cut the yard-long beans into short pieces and chop the chicken meat into small pieces.
  • Then, heat the pan and pour some cooking oil into it. After that roast the garlic, lemon grass, galangal and kaffir lime leave until it smells nice then put the chicken meat in a mix it together. After that, pour a little bit of AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor, roast until it’s dry, then start adding 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, a little bit of fish sauce, and palm sugar. Mix it together thoroughly, then add some water so that the chicken meat can cook well
  • Finally, put the yard-long beans in and give it a few stirs then add the Thai holy basil in and you’re done
