Braised Pork Feet with Mushroom
AJI-NO-MOTO®

- First, fry the pork feet till they’re crispy and red, then set them aside
- After that, heat the pot and put a bit of cooking oil to roast the minced garlic, red garlic, and ginger until it smells nice
- After roasting, put the pig feet and chicken thigh mushroom in and mix them with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Chinese liquor, salt, ground pepper, sugarcane sugar, AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Pork Flavor
- After mixing the spices, add the tomatoes in and steam them for 30 minutes, and you’re done
