- Beef 300g
- ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1 sachet/30g
- Minced garlic 2-3 gloves
- Oil 20g
- Salad, Tomato & Onion (cut and decorate on a plate)
Beef LokLak
”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce”
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan
- Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
- Place the beef and fry for 1-2min
- Add ‘”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” and mix well
- Add ½ cup of water and keep frying for a few minutes more, until the meat cook
- Place Beef Lok Lak on the vegetable-decorated plate and serve
- Note: For tender meat, marinate the beef with ½ sachet of AJINOMOTO Oyster Sauce and keep it for 5min-10min. After that, put the remaining oyster sauce ½ sachet during frying.
