Duck soup with pickled lime

- First, roast the garlic in the pot that has a bit of cooking oil, and place the sliced duck meat into the pot
- After placing the duck meat into the pot and starting to mix ingredients such as fish sauce, palm sugar, salt, AJI-NO-MOT®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor, and Pickled lime, pour some water in and steam the meat until it’s cooked.
- After the duck meat is cooked, start putting lemon juice in and throw in some sweet basil, sawtooth coriander ,and parsley, and you’re set.
