Cooking Steps

  • Wash the pork leg bones and pork bone with clean water, set aside.
  • Then boil the water, add the garlic and dried shrimp first, then add the pork leg bones and pork bone and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the papaya, carrots, and potatoes, cut them into small cubes, wash them thoroughly, put them in a soup pot, and simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Then add seasoning such as ”RosDee®” Powder ​pork flavor and taste it and add more seasoning as you prefer.
  • After that, serve the soup in the bowl and add coriander.
