Prahok with Coconut Milk and Seafood
AJI-NO-MOTO®

- First, roast the minced garlic, pounded lemon grass, smoked chili, and meat prahok until it smells nice, then put ingredients such as AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Pork Flavor, fish sauc,e and palm sugar
- Then, we put the roasted turkey berry in with coconut oil and put some water in, as well as ripe tamarind sauce
- After that, we put the above ingredients and start slicing the orange leaves and chili into tiny slices and put them in the coconut milk prahok
- Finally, prepare the vegetable that’s been boiled with the prahok with coconut milk and seafood
