Cooking Steps

  • First, boil some water and throw the pounded lemongrass, galangal, fingerroot, orange leaves, garlic, red garlic and prahok, then put the fish in
  • When the soup has been boiled for a little while, mix the ingredients like AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Cube, fish sauce, sugar and salt
