- Morning glory 2-3 inch cut 300g
- Sliced or minced pork 100g
- ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1 sachet/30g
- Minced garlic 2-3 gloves
- Oil 20g
Stir Fry Morning Glory
”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce”
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan
- Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
- Place pork and fry for 1-2min, until pork is a bit cook
- Add ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1/3 sachet and mix well
- Place morning glory and stir around 1min, it becomes tender
- Add remaining oyster sauce (2/3 sachet) and mix well
- Continue stirring for 1-2min. Be careful not to overcook.
- Remove from heat and serve
