Ingredients

  • Noodle (blanched in hot water and wash with cold water) 300g
  • Seafood/ Pork meat/ Beef 100g
  • Chinese Kale (blanch in boiled water for a few minutes then put in cold water and drain) 50g
  • ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1 sachet/30g
  • Minced garlic 2-3 gloves
  • Oil 20g

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the oil in a wok or pan
  • Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
  • Place the meat and stir for 1-2min
  • Add ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1/3 sachet
  • Place the vegetable and then the noodles.
  • Add remaining oyster sauce (2/3 sachet) and mix well
  • Continue stirring for around 2-3 minutes more
  • Add some water during frying if it is too dry
  • Remove from heat and serve
