- Noodle (blanched in hot water and wash with cold water) 300g
- Seafood/ Pork meat/ Beef 100g
- Chinese Kale (blanch in boiled water for a few minutes then put in cold water and drain) 50g
- ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1 sachet/30g
- Minced garlic 2-3 gloves
- Oil 20g
Stir fry noodle
”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce”
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan
- Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
- Place the meat and stir for 1-2min
- Add ”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” 1/3 sachet
- Place the vegetable and then the noodles.
- Add remaining oyster sauce (2/3 sachet) and mix well
- Continue stirring for around 2-3 minutes more
- Add some water during frying if it is too dry
- Remove from heat and serve
