Ingredients

  • Chicken meat, Enoki mushroom, Pea eggplant and small bell pepper
  • Lemongrass, orange leaves, galangal, garlic, red garlic, chili, turmeric
  • Prahok, ripe tamarind sauce, fish sauce, sugar, salt, cooking oil

Cooking Steps

  • First, heat the pot up with cooking oil and place the chopped lemon grass, pounded galangal, red garlic, turmeric, orange leaves and garlic in to fry
  • After a little bit of frying, start putting chicken meat into the pot and mix it with prahok, fish sauce, sugar, salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor
  • After the frying is finished, pour a little water in and steam for 20mins.
  • After the steam, start putting the vegetable in such as pea eggplant, enoki mushroom and bell pepper.
  • Finally, put some ripe tamarind sauce and you’re done!
