Traditional sour soup with chicken
AJI-NO-MOTO®

- First, heat the pot up with cooking oil and place the chopped lemon grass, pounded galangal, red garlic, turmeric, orange leaves and garlic in to fry
- After a little bit of frying, start putting chicken meat into the pot and mix it with prahok, fish sauce, sugar, salt, AJI-NO-MOTO®, RosDee® Powder Chicken Flavor
- After the frying is finished, pour a little water in and steam for 20mins.
- After the steam, start putting the vegetable in such as pea eggplant, enoki mushroom and bell pepper.
- Finally, put some ripe tamarind sauce and you’re done!
